I have severe lower back problems and i was ready to bring this back after the 1st three nites but I'm glad I didn't. It helps my back so much and the support is great. It just took several days to get use to because I always slept on a very soft mattress but I'm very satisfied with it now. I sleep great and my back doesn't hurt when I wake up in the morning.
