The refrigerator door was delivered damaged. The delivery guys forgot to turn in the pictures and submit a damage report. Two weeks later, I reached out to the salesman Greg, who saw that there was no pending claim. We are still waiting for our new door. Have not heard anything from the claims department. If the door had not been damaged on our new refrigerator, I would’ve given you a five star rating.
