This dryer takes several cycles to dry your clothes no matter what setting you put the machine on. We thought we might have blockage somewhere preventing the clothes from getting dry. After checking all vents and connections, the service rep concluded it was the machine. Don’t buy!

Too many settings to go with each cycle

Cycles are not calibrated correctly! If you are washing towels you would select "Towels", But you don't just wash one or two at a time. The "Towels" cycle puts very little water in the drum! Choose "Bulky", the drum fills with water so the towels are thoroughly tumbled in the wash cycle and get clean! We miss our Whirlpool!
Your site needs to be fixed, because I can't place two separete reviews for the washer and dryer! What ever I type in one appears in the other!

This product works wonderfully, quiet and quick to dry. The only downside part is that we had it delivered and we received the wrong gas cord for this appliance, living in town. It was easy to take back to the store and get the correct one versus if you live out of town it might be a little bit more of a hassle to get the new cord that you need.
