The dryer works fine- when it's working. I've had this (expensive) set for only a year, and this is the second time I've had to get the dryer serviced. After about 7 months, I got an error code involving the heating element. Since the dryer worked after unplugging and re-plugging, that issue was not resolved by the technician- just totally tossed it aside. He did say it had a strange noise, so he ordered some rollers- which took weeks to get from the manufacturer. Now, a few months later, the dryer has quit heating at all, and I am sure the parts will take forever. So much for the salesperson telling me this is one of the best laundry sets out there.
