Terms and Conditions
Ordering and Delivering
When merchandise is ordered for you and is received in our warehouse, we will call you for a delivery appointment or notify you your order is ready to be picked up. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday, or you may pick up Tuesday through Saturday between the hours of 2pm – 5pm. While we make every effort to be as accurate as possible with our delivery estimates, Elgin Furniture cannot be held responsible for manufacturer or shipping delays, which are beyond our control.
Payment
We accept major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also offer in-house financing, as well as Synchrony Bank, Snap, Acima and Progressive. You may apply online on our website’s Financing page or in our store.
Returns
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or returns of merchandise already delivered or picked-up.
Manufacturer’s Warranty
All the products we carry are guaranteed against defects as specified in the manufacturer’s warranty. Ask one of our customer service representatives for more information about a specific brands warranty.
Cancellations
Any purchase other than products ordered for you (special orders) may be cancelled prior to delivery. You will receive a full refund. Any Special Order cancelled after the product is received or has been shipped to us will incur a 20% non-refundable charge.
Delivery
When your purchase is ready to be delivered you will be notified and asked what day you would like to receive it. The day prior, between 5-6pm you will receive an automated call and text message letting you know what your 2-hour delivery window will be. Elgin Furniture’s delivery staff cannot move, rearrange, or haul away your existing furniture. All areas furniture is to be placed as well as access to these areas must be free and clear of existing furniture or anything else that might prevent safe delivery of your new furniture.
