From a Reno Zone to a Polished Showroom, our New Appliance Area is Now Open!
As a quick reminder, we are OPEN during construction! You'll get the usual Sherman's experience with just a little dust thrown in.
That being said, we're excited to announce that our main appliance entrance is OFFICIALLY OPEN! After a series of delays with the glass door package, it finally arrived in early June. We spent the next few weeks getting our branded signage in place and the exterior painting underway.

Just to give you a little perspective on the journey, here’s a quick reminder of where we started.

Curious how we did it?
First, our team did some serious heavy lifting. They emptied most of our old appliance showroom (pictured below), moving dozens of appliances into the new space.
(The old appliance area still has rows of refrigerators and laundry sets for you to shop from, but that's a temporary holding space during renovations. We’ll get to that neck of the woods another time!).
Second, our Install team got to work. They were hustling to install cooktops, over-the-range microwaves, and dishwashers, and more.
Nice job, crew!
The third (and very important) step was to treat ourselves to donuts. Long gone but totally deeeelicious!
Overall, the our new appliance space is brighter, more open, and practically begging you to come explore – no hard hats required!
What's Next?
Our next area of focus is this, well, uh, this dusty domain.
Of course, "dusty domain" is just a working title, but we think it could catch on! Just don't tell our Maintenance technicians.
Anyway, this wild frontier will soon be our new mattress department, complete with a new 4 Minute Mattress Match setup. Exciting, right?
And that's the current lay of the land in Peoria.
It's a bustle of activity and folks workin' together like a well-oiled machine, so, stay tuned, because we're just getting started!
