Initial Contact

After your purchase, we'll call you to schedule your delivery appointment and discuss any special requirements.

Delivery Confirmation

The evening before your scheduled delivery, you'll receive a text message with your specific 2-hour delivery window.

Real-Time Tracking

Use our Package AI system to track your delivery truck's location in real-time and receive updates when we're on our way.

Delivery Day

Our team arrives during your scheduled window, ready to complete your delivery and setup.

Need to Reschedule?

Simply call us and we'll work with you to find a time that works better for your schedule. We deliver Tuesday through Saturday, with delivery windows assigned based on your location within our service area.

Delivery Fees & Pricing

Delivery fees are charged each time our truck delivers or picks up merchandise. All delivery fees are non-refundable. Assembly, setup, and packaging removal are included in delivery fees.

We Stand Behind Every Delivery


Damaged Items: If you notice any damage during delivery, please point it out to our team before they leave. For damage discovered after our team departs, contact us immediately. We have a dedicated service team ready to repair or replace damaged items at no charge.

Defective Products: Most of our products include a comprehensive one-year parts and labor warranty. If your product is defective, contact our customer care team and we'll send a technician to your home free of charge or arrange for replacement.

Not Satisfied with Your Purchase? Items may be returned within 5 days of delivery in brand new condition with original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies, and you'll be responsible for return delivery fees. Contact your sales associate to begin the return process.

Our first time at Park Home, we were very impressed with the selection, prices, and the non-pushy manner of the salesman. Chris was very helpful and we ended up purchasing a truckload special on a nice power reclining sectional. The delivery was scheduled and I was updated on all the delivery details by text and email which was helpful to know exactly when they were coming.
