Flexible Scheduling
Unlike big box stores with very rigid delivery routes, we build our schedules around customer preferences. We typically deliver to each area once per week, so if you have a scheduling conflict, we'll likely be back in your area the next week.

Our Quality Promise
We thoroughly inspect all items before delivery. If damage occurs, usable items stay with you until replacement arrives, while damaged items return to our facility for repair and re-delivery. For defects, we coordinate with manufacturers for repair or replacement as needed.
Please report any concerns to your salesperson during the post-delivery follow-up call or within 15 days of delivery.

Our premium delivery service includes in-home placement of your furniture, careful handling, assembly if required, and removal of packaging materials. We want your experience to be easy from start to finish.
Our delivery contract asks that customers please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery scheduling to your area and up to 10 weeks for special orders. We call, text or email you to notify you of delivery based on the customer's preference. Delivery will be scheduled 1-7 days prior to delivery and our drivers call each delivery approximately 30 minutes ahead of their arrival.
Yes, customers can reschedule deliveries with a call to the store to discuss other options.
We ask that customers remove wall hangings, small tables, lamps and any other existing home furnishings that may be in the way of the delivery team moving in the new items. The more the customer does to prepare for the delivery in advance the more smoothly the delivery process will go. Pets should be secured in another area so our delivery team does not have to worry about them slipping away while carrying items into the house.
Furniture removal may be available for an additional fee of $50.00 per item. Please ask us at the time of purchase so we can discuss your options and schedule accordingly.
A fee of $15.00 will be added for relocating furniture to another location on your property and/or arrangement of furniture inside your home. Please ask us at the time of purchase so we can discuss your options and schedule accordingly.
We unpack and thoroughly inspect all items prior to delivery to try and prevent any damaged items being delivered but if something is missed damaged items are documented and reported to the store, if the item is still usable it is left with the customer until the replacement item arrives. Items that require repair in our detail facility will be loaded back in the delivery truck, returned to the warehouse for repair and re-delivery of the item will be scheduled at a later date. Any concerns should be reported in the post delivery follow up call that is initiated by our salesperson or with 15 days of delivery.
