Preparing For Store Pickup
You're welcome to pick up your furniture from our store. Some items may require assembly - our sales team can provide details. Please thoroughly inspect your items before leaving our store. While we'll assist in loading your vehicle, securing the items safely is your responsibility. We cannot accept damage claims once items have left our premises.
We provide twine to help secure your load, but please bring your own protective padding if needed.
We strongly recommend a final inspection before departure. Our staff can address any issues on the spot. Post-departure, any defects will be handled under the standard warranty terms.
